Or play your ass off, which is always easier when it’s fully exposed.
I played with a drummer who had a lazy eye that played a swingers club. He said it was fine because no one could tell where he was really looking.
I did not but my friend has played a nude resort once. He mentioned the place smelled like a gym locker room. Clothes can help in masking the BO. I hope your gig is outside. Good luck.
I played at a regional motorcycle club rally three years in a row. The gathering was called “Party Naked”, and a fairly large percentage of the attending club members did just that. Since it was a regional rally, there were attendees from multiple states, so there was quite a variety of humans (age, weight, gender, degree of nudity, inhibitions, etc.)
It was kinda weird upon arrival / setup / sound check, but by the end of the first set, by brain had gone into surreal mode, and all the nudity stopped affecting me any differently than seeing someone with really strange hair or excessive piercings, which I also saw along with the lack of clothing. We in the band remained clothed
There was even a second stage with an Emcee and a few female “employees”, that performed different “entertainment” for guests based on the spin of a “wheel of activities”. For donations, a person could go on stage, spin the wheel, and the “employees” would perform the activity on which the wheel pointer landed. There was no actual physical acts performed, just a variety of “lap dances” faking the act described on the wheel, but the “employees” faking the act had chosen the option of no clothes. I actually bought a turn on stage for the lead singer / guitarist of the band I was in at the time while we were one of the three extended breaks to allow this fund raising activity to take place.
I don’t know how much money they raised during the three 45 minute breaks we took, but it was significant. By the third year, the attendees that chose no clothing had changed quite a bit, and it was much less entertaining than the first couple years.

Heck... back in the late 80's, early 90's... many of our open rehearsals wound up this way. 
Never played one of those places but did a couple of biker events with nude women on stage.
I played at a nudist resort once and I would say it was a positive experience. As others have said, it was an older crowd for the most part who wouldn't be your first pick to see naked, but good for them. We played the first set clothed, to a naked audience, and to be honest it felt a little weird to be the only clothed people around. Second set, clothes came off. I'm all for "you do you" and a little harmless nudity doesn't bother me. Leave your inhibitions at the door, do the gig, and have fun. You only live once and it will be a fun story.

Exactly. It's not like in those movies where they carefully select who gets to walk around naked.
I would chalk it up to experience and have some fun. I agree with other posters that for some, clothing optional is a contradiction in terms. It reminds me a line from the Captain Beefheart song "When Big Joan Sets Up" "She ain't built for goin' naked".
As a young teen in the late 90s visiting Europe and my first and only nude beach I made this terrifying discovery. The dream died an instant death right then and there and I've never been to another haha
I've never played to a clothing-optional crowd, but I did work for a decade in a hot spring town where there were no specific nudity laws and my employing spa was "no clothing allowed" in the baths. I've played music in clothing optional houses to record tracks. I don't think its really all that big a deal. Some people wear their clothes like armor. Some folks don't. Boats float on a number of different liquids. Enjoy yourself either way and good luck with the gig.
