fEARLESS F210

@bwoodman. The good news is you have yourself one heck of a cabinet. I really dug the non-Duratex finish on it. Very sexy indeed. The bad news is it sounds like your Pbucket account got hacked??

The other thing I neglected to mention is that I played a wonderful wonderful Modulus 10 string (5 string with octave strings) bass through that rig. I lightly plucked a D on the G string and it sustained forever. I've never heard ANY bass ring out for so long. Too bad it was a right handed bass, else I'd have run out of the convention center with it in my hands regardless of wether or not it was for sale LOL.

I'm not into carpet, tolex or duratex, so I requested a trans black finish when I ordered from Joseph - came out great! I've always like the BagEnd natural cabs, but to be different, I though the trans black would be cool. I will finally be able to test out this cab on Sunday at a rehearsal, and I'll post a quick report. Yeah, I guess I need to mark my photobucket pics private and not public. If the pics were deleted, then they wouldn't show up on my post here - and I'm guessing a moderator deleted the post because it no longer had the pics ??

So I have been rocking this bad beast from Mark and BNA Audio for a bit. So freaking sweet. I've only ever played my Glockenklang Blue Soul through it, though. SUCH AN AMAZING COMBO. But in a grass is always greener kinda thing, I'm trying out a Mesa Prodigy. TUBEZ. Should I do anything with this guy to give the Mesa a fair shake? Like block a port or something?

Just plug in and see what you think ... Personally, I think the Prodigy and Strategy are really cool amps . Be sure to post your findings !

Took delivery of my F210 - built by Jhawk - a few days ago and I couldn't be happier.
I'm totally blown away by the definition this cab provides. It's done wonders for some of my pedals as well. My Analogman chorus just pops out in the mix like a whack-a-mole. My Amptweaker tighbass fuzz roars and snarls like a herd of angry bees.
All of my basses present a more unique and individual tone profile.
And so far all this goodness was done using just my Puma 900. I still haven't plugged in any of my other heads!!

If you don't need stage volume louder than a 410, the F210 is the perfect cab with a 900 watt amp like the Puma 900. Lightweight, easy to move, sounds stunning. I also am a Puma Man and am slain by the tone of this combination every time I power up the amp. Drool? The floor of my home studio is so wet I had to tie rags to the bottom of my cats' paws as a sop-it-up tactic to avoid suing myself for an accidental fall incurred from a sonic blast of the F210.

Can't wait to hear how your other amps sound!
After dicking around at home with the Super Bassman 300, I managed to get it and the F210 paired up at an outdoor gig last week. No FOH support, but we didn't need it as it was a patio gig. Man, that head and cab are a stellar combination. The notes had more heft than using the Puma IMHO. Less "bark" and more "bite". Maybe it's just the nature of a big iron head vs a micro head. The F210 has an incredible amount of sustain no matter which head I've used (I also used an LM II with it at home. The LMII will soon be on the classifieds). Notes just don't die off or even experience a significant drop off in volume even after they are held for several seconds. I find it's also a stellar cab for producing harmonics. I just love it!!!!

I just produced a new music video of The Stormy Weathermen at the Ukiah Farmers' Market. Instead of using a DI, I placed an ElectroVoice RE-20 about five inches in front of the F210 in the area between the top woofer and the mid-range driver and tweeter. It was the first gig using my "FrankenFender" P-bass. The amp is a Puma 900 with flat EQ. This music is different from our other songs you may have heard - it's a loud blues in the style of Stevie Ray Vaughn.

today i had the pleasure to try a fearless f112.... unfortunately, they are still very rare here in europe. that f112 already outperformed my epifani ul310 and aguilar sl112 (to my ears) and i'd more or less be ready to order one. if i wouldn't be so curious about a f210.
how do those two cabinets compare, tonewise? i know the f210 would be a little heavier, but that's not too much of a concern. i suppose it is more powerful, at 4 ohm?
