Can any Stage 800 users help please; I’m trying to find out if the XLR out is affected by the master volume control. I just read it can be changed to pre EQ, but then you’d lose all your effects through FOH? Can you send an effected signal to FOH with the XLR output to unity and use master to control only the combo volume? Asking as I want to use it as my stage monitor, whilst sending the processed signal to the PA to provide sound out front.
Hey, Matty, in our designated Rumble LT25, Studio 40 & Stage 800 club sub-thread the main guru there has declared, after testing, that "The Master volume knob on the Rumble Stage/Studio amps has no effect on the level of the sound going into the DAW via either the USB or the XLR outputs." So, feel free to adjust your stage volume without any affect on the XLR Line Out level.
And, please, in the future post such specific Stage & Studio questions in that club sub-thread, won't you? They are SO different from the non-modeling Rumbles that it's good to keep their discussions in that separate club sub-thread for future reference, and to keep from confusing our non-modeling Rumbling brothers and sisters.
Thanks!

), still the same problem only getting worse. Had one of the guitar players plug into it, gain and volume were both around 9 o’clock so he should have been plenty loud through it, instead it was quiet with a loud hum over it.
