Fender Rumble Club

I bought a friend for my 500v3 combo. According to shipping status, the 115 cab is out for delivery. That means that there is a good chance I'll have her home by noon. I can't wait to hear how the two will pair. With some luck the sound could be magic.
Possibly
Mega-Boogie-mini.
After further review, the mixed driver police are correct. Might be that my expectation was not realistic, but the addition of a 1x15 left me disappointed. There just didn't seem to be much difference between tone with the 1x15, and the 500 combo with a setting adjustment imo. Luckily the CS at GC was top notch. They had no problem with the return/refund of the 1x15. So I promptly gave them another $50.00, and ordered the Rumble 2x10. This way I'll maximize my wattage, while possibly getting a slight increase on the low end. Probably should have went this way initially, but it was worth it to be satisfied with the 2x10. With a tapering of my expectation, at a minimum the addition of the 210 will get me more of what I have currently, and I'll be content with that.

image.jpg image.jpg Hi. To any 210 cab owners, I don't see the dimensions for the 210 rumble extension cab on the fender web site , would someone mind posting them please. Thanks

Hi,

The dimensions of the 210 cabinet are identical to the 500 combo - 23" high x 19" wide x 14" deep.

And as I'm typing I see that Linnin beat me to it!

No, actually I have a Shuttle 9.0 that I will be using with them. I currently have a 4x10 SWR Golight, but it's tough to lug around with my crappy back because of the bulky dimensions, so I wanted t replace it with two 2x10s. I looked at/played several double 2x10 setups and feel in love with the Rumbles. Can't friggin wait to pick them up!

That is a beautiful thing! Rumble On!

I'm in! Brought my 500 combo home today. :D Couldn't find one in stock online, called a local mom-and-pop shop on a whim and they had one on the floor! Best part is that I got a better price than online, to boot.

The shop is Guitar Showcase in San Jose, in case you want to support them too.
Welcome to the Fender Rumble Club, kwaping! :woot: You are member #405 :hyper:

:D Rumbles Rule! :roflmao:

I haven't chimed in here lately, but I have an update: My rumble 350 finally has a cab-mate. I know...it's an Aggie, but I had been GAS'ing for it for months! If it weren't for another player's GAS to upgrade his gear, I likely wouldn't have snagged it for the price I did. Sweet cab though, and the 350 (yeah, the same one I bought for 100 bucks at GC last year) drives it very well. The amp's front rubber feet fit the grooves on the corners if I finagle it just right, hah!:smug: Now that I have cab-age, I have to spend some time "dialing it in". I have the Overdrive figured out, I just have to putz around with whichever "Shape" setting I want. The damn manual is around here somewhere...?

[off-topic] In a somewhat disappointing ironic twist, I have had the intent on using this on open-mic jams at a local bar/lounge. Well, after doing a "meet & greet", but not playing with the regular band, I find out a week later that the lounge changed owners and won't host open mics for the foreseeable future. Apparently, the place has been trading more hands in recent years than a joint at a Phish concert!

Edit: Woo-hoo!!!! Post #5000!!! Do I win a prize??
