I had the same question as I also have one on the way. I asked their support email. They said an alcohol and water dilution. They didn't give the ratio. I'm going for vodka as a target at 40%... but with with isopropyl. That said, I have an LB100 in ash frost and it's never needed cleaning yet so who knows. Others here have Much more experience!

Ah, I had an L2000 in that lovely tobacco sunburst and sold it to get my greenburst L2500. I miss that bass and your lovely picture makes me want it back.
Finally wore out the SS Lo-Riders on my SB-2, so at the recommendation of a few folks here I threw on some Black Beauties:

Yes, it is a fine bass ..9.5, 1 5/8 neck. But the lb100 is a real tone king.
For sure. I'm a huge fan of the MFDs. I have tribute L2k, an SB-1, the SB-2, and a Kiloton on order. I had an LB-100 but I liked the SB-1 better so I sold the LB to fund the SB-2.
I'm tempted by the kiloton....maybe after the jb arrives and my wife returns to tranquility!

I'd been waiting on the right deal on a Stingray for a long time (I'm a lefty and I'm cheap, so this had been going on for a couple years). The 2018 Stingrays looked sick and I got super excited... but MusicMan ended up not offering it in lefty. I knew about the kiloton, but frankly I found it a bit ugly. But the SB-2 exceeded all my expectations, as did the service of the shop where I bought it. They had a lefty kiloton in stock, so on my birthday I took the day off work to visit and play it. I played it for about two hours and fell in love. Ordered one on the spot.
So yeah, if you're on the fence, definitely don't play one.
Hi everyone I’ve been doing well avoided GAS until recently.. I saw a metallic margarita LB on Reverb and fell in love with the look. Unfortunately I do not find myself reaching for my JB much so I’m contemplating selling it and using the funds for either an another LB or an SB 1 (my LB has the SB pups). When i first got my lb-100 last month, I didn’t think i was going to like it. (It Had the factory daddario rw strings on).
I replaced them with light gauge set of chromes,and the bass sounds fabulous with them.
