I played my first Streamliner 900 gig last night and am mightily impressed with it

We use just a backline and I ended up with the following settings;
Gain - 2 o clock
Volume - 10 o clock
Bass - 2 o clock
Mid - 3 o clock
Mid freq - 2.5K
Treble - 12 o clock
Master - between 10 and 12 o clock
Gain switch - disengaged
It was a large bar with very limited soft furnishings and we started with a full house after the football finished but most of the crowd moved on to a bar in town after an hour or so, punters do not stay in one pub for long around here, they like a bit of fist action !!
Anyway, we started off with a nice sound and as the place became less full I had to bump up the EQ to compensate, the GB coped with ease and filled the place with wonderful warm fat tone, I think my previous amp would have been running extremely hard to fill the sound out but this thing did not break into a sweat .
I certainly dont get the comments about lack of mids, it may be a cab issue as my rig was full of them last night, maybe the Barefaced Super 12 is the perfect companion for my amp !
I cant wait for the next gig which will be an audience with a bit more respect for musicians and music and not drunken foul mouthed football fans
