My go to tuner for over a decade now is my Stroboflip; before that it was my (still owned) DTR-1, of which I used to have two.Probably within cents but stability is also a consideration. The old units used LC circuits for temperature and voltage stability. It works only as well as the components.
I have more confidence in my good digital units. An advantage of the new ones is that they can store alternate tunings, even micro tunings. They can be used to tune any instrument such as a sitar. I don’t use that feature a lot though.
