GK 112-II NEO

Sold my GB Uber 410 today - two new GK Neo 112-II's should be here by the middle of the week to go with my new GK Fusion 550. I'll be playing my 4 string Pedulla Thunderbass with this rig. Any advice for a starting point with the settings (bi-amp or not? Countour , ect...)?

Got my new GK Fusion 550 and two new GK Neo 112-II cabs the other day and just got a chance to give them a test run. Man does this rig sound sweet!

My only complaint is that when I stack them horizontally they don't sit flat together and the top cab rocks a bit. I posted this in the GK thread and chef said that on some hard surfaces he has the same issue sometimes and has to put a beer coaster where they don't sit together. Has anybody else had this issue??

Please note : I definitely am not knocking these cabs because they sound great are very light and are well worth the money.

It just would be nice if mine mated together better. Mine wobble pretty significantly and there is quite a gap between the top and bottom cab in one corner. It is true that a couple of beer coasters would solve the problem. Just kinda bums you out when you buy something new and have even slight issues with it. I'm sure this is probably not a common issue. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this when they horizontally stack their cabs.

I'd contact G-K customer service and see what they had to say.

Did you look at the corners to see if there was something obviously wrong like one corner not being seated all the way?

The Walter Woods Ultra only has 1/4" tr output jacks, so I used 1/4" male to speakon cable from the amp to the first cab, and then another 1/4" male to speakon to daisy-chain the first cab to the second for a 4-ohm load. Nice light rig.

Forget the Cabs, those Basses are gorgeous.
