Thanks! Yeah, that's not the actual one on the recording, but the recording is of an ash/maple Sadowsky JJ5. While you're not hearing my rig on the recording, that is the rig I use most. Love it!
You should here 'em live. Vic's live tone is always good and one of the reasons I picked up a pair.
Gonna have to send one of mine back. It's weird, it's like the tweeter is vibrating. Turned the tweet off and still makes the noise. Held the tweeter while holding note and its gone.

I think I had that happen with one of mine when it was new, maybe?
Been a long time; but maybe one or two of the mounting screw had stripped out the wood.
I spun it 90 degrees and bolted it back down into fresh wood, IIRC.

Could be it might need a gasket?If its a plastic or metal tweeter and its mounted to bare wood its possible for it to vibrate on Low or loud notes?I had a Pair or EAW full Range PA cabs and this happened to me where the Tweeter was Plastic and mounted directly to the wood cab.Cut a rubber gasket and it wss gone.You might even try heavy paper cut ot the shape of the Tweet also?
dunno, but something weird. I have two. One does and the other doesn't. I'll get it figured out and repaired/replaced.
Okay, I'm gonna chime in here because all this Neo 112 love have me wanting one! I use GK MB microheads (200,500,800) how would this cab stack up against what I have now, a Markbass NY121 for small coffeehouse/duo gigs? (the Markbass farts on hard-plucked E strings) and realistically how loud would two Neo's get?
IMHO, surprisingly loud for a "2x12" rig. I have a couple of the 115's just to have a bit more radiation if I need to get even louder, but rarely use them. I bought a 212 cab to stack with one of the 112's or maybe even a 115, but I'm seriously considering selling it, because at this point, I can't imagine ever needing it.
Exactly my thinking as well, and it does seem to work.
Well, it's actually not bad at all compared to other cabs in its size class, but of course compared to the 112's, even a pair of them, the schlepp factor is not as good.
Amazing cabs! Convinced that these cabs offer the best tone/cost ratio out there. Have owned about every berg cab over the last five years, many other brands and have a Baer ml112 now and these cabs hold their own. Tom B was right way back when. Took me hearing Vic's rig live several times before taking the plunge.
Cool. Well, I have one coming in from RMC audio tomorrow! I really hope i like it enough to cure this Cabinet GAS! If i love it, i'm getting a second one and then painting the grills black! We shall see!

I've been running 2x112, vertical, as my main thing for....two years-ish.
I'm horrible with time though. I could be off by some months.

I've pretty much sold all my other cabs off except for a couple Berg AE210's and a few small 1x cubes from Epifani I pretty much only use for practice at home these days.
My only cabinets are the Neo112-II's now as well. Sometimes I stack them vertically if I want more dispersion, sometimes horizontally if I want more low end on stage. Terrific sounding cabs that are built like tanks. Seems to sound good with any head I pair them with as well. Sounds like an advertisement but they do really sound good especially for the price!
Just received my 112 Neo this morning. Pretty impressive little cab. I'm running it with the MB fusion. I want to give it a few days and a few gigs to really get a feel for it. But I must say, I really like it so far. Probably order a second one soon.
Does anyone here run one or two of these with the MB800? I've got a real itch to try that compared to the mb fusion I have through this cab. even better - anyone A/B'd those two heads with this Neo?
