Guild Pilot bass club?

Not really a gold hardware guy, but I love my Pilot anyway.

sign me up..my wife bought me my white 1986 guild pilot [emg/actives] bass as a gift back in 1986 before my band left st. louis for L.A. still love this bass. i alternate between my 66 fender jazz.[my jazz is very special to me as well as the pilot..]
 
all right everyone.... i'm back!!! last year i purged my whole collection when i got married to have an elrick built.

but i just found an 86 maple bodied fretless on ebay!!!

i couldnt resist!! pics to come when i get it.

so if you want a number let me know. i will have to do some homework to see where the numbers left off.
 
Well, mine is similar to a Pilot bass, but its a Guild SB-602 I bought back in the early 80's. I played a Pilot on stage one night when a band I knew invited me to play a song and I liked it. A few month later I saw this bass and thought it was a Pilot bass, I later found out it was much more. Its a very rare guild SB-602, active electronics, EMG pickups, made in the USA. Its got the more rounded headstock, not the pointy one and I love it. I'll post some pics as soon as the camera batteries charge. So do I get a number? :)
