So - mea culpa. Totally lost track of time and was dealing with my stepson’s schooling issue until after 6:30, which threw everything out of whack - cooking/eating dinner etc. my apologies guys.

We had a good hang, missed you, @Bassed in NZ, and @WI Short Scaler, and the rest of the motley crew who tend to drop by sometimes. It was great to see @McG, @ak56, @nixdad, @Tony In Philly, @dbase, and talk about the time frame of "The Mandalorian". Turns out I was wrong. Supposedly it takes place 5 years after the fall of the Empire, i.e. Star Wars VI but before episode VII, The Force Awakens. I did watch the first season while taking advantage of the free week of Disney+. It's a fun show, not to campy.

I'm waiting to see if the re boot of Lost in space will continue at some point, the robot is worth watching it for, spoiler alert, hes not the hambone he was in the original series but he still says "danger Will Robinson" He's very much a bad ass.

Thanks guys, appreciate it. Talked with nurse today and they have her on the Remsdivr experimental treatment. I'm just here riding it out with over the counter stuff for now. I found myself at the kitchen counter this morning and have no memory of going there, why I was there or how long I had been standing there, just a blank. I thought ...that was weird.

We were talking about the movie Almost Famous during our bass chat last week. It was nice to hear that everyone enjoys that movie as much as I do.

Hope you all had a great online chat last night, sorry to have missed it.

Last week, as expected, our two Oct dates and one Nov gig all got cancelled, still sad. We were in this exact same position last year if for different reasons. In fall 2019 we played a last great weekend the beginning of Sept and then went on hiatus pending my surgery schedule, not to resume until Dec. As of now our next scheduled date due to covid is NYE, let's hope it happens.

On the good news front, starting to get some photos back from the wedding. Just a couple of my favorites.

Our new son in law and his troop of groomsman, our son is far right.

Our son in law and the bridesmaids, our daughter in law is far right, and our younger daughter is next to her 2nd from right.

Speaking of our Zoom GTG, here's the motley crew of bassists from Friday night. Keith couldn't quite get is video working. Maybe next time.

It was a nice hang. I missed you guys, @dbase, @Kitsapbass, @ak56, @McG, @Holdsg, and @1bassplayinfool (Wacko-Kid). Bill's selling a bass in order to get a new one. Nate has been modding his latest addition. Gary is still thinning his heard. We talked about drive-in gigs and another of our hobbies that we have in common. It was fun. Thanks for coming out!
