Gently used laptop bag from a thrift store. $5, many to choose from. I got an older one that fits my head and DI plus cables and footswitch. It's one very tough bag.

How do you carry your small amp heads?

I didn't vote in the poll as my situation differs from the posted choices.
I carry my micro and some smaller accessory items in a Shure wireless system briefcase. Which then fits inside a padded soft shell bag that houses all the cables, tools etc..
Total cost was next-to nothing because I'm thrifty. I sold the wireless unit but kept the case and found 2 of the soft padded bags at a rummage sale for 4 bucks.

I pack my main head, backup head, cables, etc. in a Quick Cart. The cart also doubles as an amp stand when I use my Elf 1x10's.

Soft cases are fine for practice and local use. Still need to be careful. If hauling a bunch of gear (PA) or traveling I'd go with the hard case for less worry!

I have a 4-space Gator Rotocase that I keep my 26-lb WT500/800 in. The case itself weighs somewhere in the area of 15-lbs. I have room to add my new Eden TN226 class D head in it, but that would defeat the whole purpose of using a lightweight head. I bought it used from a friend who decided he really needed the 500-watt version and not the 225-watt version and he had the bag for it. He gave me a good deal on the bag and it is just perfect for storing and transporting my new lightweight head.
I'm just using a single 112 4ohm cab with it (300-watt power handling) for our Friday night open-mic gig each week and it's perfect for this. I hang this ~6-lb. amp bag over my shoulder. Grab the handle of the 112 in one hand and my bass in its case in the other and carry everything in at once. Just perfect for the small venue. Now if I had just purchased the 8 ohm versions of my 112's, I could probably use that lightweight set up for medium sized venues too.
The shoulder bag I bought with it has a padded main compartment and also a padded front pocket. front pocket will hold up to a 10" iPad along with whatever cords you need. Padded ears fold in from the sides and large flap is secured by full-length Velcro strip in the bottom of the front. This just seems like the logical and simple way to transport my lightweight amp.

Always worth checking the clearance area of places like Staples. That's where I got two laptop backpacks for $5 each.
Well, I could not make two choices, but I put mine in its soft bag and then put that into my nice grocery-style bag that I also carry extra cables and things in. So I don't generally sling it across my shoulder in its own bag, and it gets a little extra care this way.
I have the same amp as the OP, and I rackmounted it(got the case for free from previous job)...
No way am I gonna put a $1k amp in a bag. The other blank rack shelf above hr amp is for transporting my pedal board. The rack case also has wheels and a luggage type handle for easy transport. Being class D wasn't a factor in me getting this amp, but rather I bought it for the tone.

I had an MB Little Mark II i got second hand and the owner threw in a childs suitcase he’d added extra foam to making it into a handy carrier. It was cool if you didn’t mind a pink bag with unicorns and rainbows on it. I didn’t cafe but i got some sidelong glances occasionally, but i paid them no mind. That bag went with the amp when i sold it. I later bought a new TH 500 and a Gator watertight padded box to carry it in. It was a backup so i got a box big enough to hold the amp and a couple of HD speakon cables to hook it to my cabs. The box also went with the amp when i sold it.
If i had a mini head for my main amp i’d get a shelf for a 2U flight case and mount the amp to the shelf and the shelf to the flight case, only because i’ve been using a 2U flight case for my amp heads forever and i always stuff all the associated cables and cords in the back of the flite case, and i’m a creature of habit.

It's a tough trade off between weight and setup speed. One of the things I have always tried to stress for myself (and my bandmates) is to get onto and then off the stage as quickly as possibly, so that the audience doesn't drift away between band (you also don't eat into your set time with setup, and it gives the band after you more time to set up, which is just being nice). I feel it's faster if I have a rack, because it's less stuff to have to plug in.
I found an old hardsided blue plastic fake leather Samsonite that fits my head pretty good with some rolled up foam around it.
Total cost: $7
...and I got a cool key on my key ring to lock and unlock it.
I use a backpack with a laptop compartment for my GKMB500. Fits perfectly and there's plenty of room in there for cables and snacks(the most important part), too.
I honestly haven't used my MB800 in over 2 years. When I did, it was in a rack. I sold the rack and everything else in it though, so right now I'd probably just put it in a laptop bag that I have.
I use a soft shell cooler for my m900 it's much wider than the darkglass but I can put a ton of cables in the bottom, head on top. And it had a shoulder strap to make it convenient. The only think I dislike is it has just enough room to jiggle around to move the knobs, its almost identical to the GK 400rb case I had that came with the original head. The quilter BB800 came in quite honestly the nicest included case I've seen.
