How many Precision bassists does it take to change a light bulb.

So I have four 8 watt bulbs in my crib and I wanna wire them up for 4 watts, is this possible? Any tips would be appreciated.

I really hope Phil Filamentice chimes in here, he's pretty bright with this stuff.

A good friend of mine has a collection of 40+ precision lamps, of different vintages he says they all have totally different characters but I can’t see any difference they all seem to give the same boring light. Is there something wrong with me?

My Squier bulb only cost $2.00 & shines as good as my buddy's $12.00 Fodera bulb...

You guys spend too much time here talking about what bulb is best, what give the warmest light, and so on - if you spent as much time changing bulbs as you do talking about it you wouldn't be sitting in the dark.

Real light is all in the fingers, and that comes from changing bulbs, not talking about it.

Geddy still shines like Geddy no matter what bulb he's using, but I still prefer the glow of his Rickenbulber 4001....

I picked up a Geddy Signature bulb but I just can't get his same hue. It really is all in how you flick the switch.

I tried running my bulb through a delay pedal but I ended up falling down the steps.
