Put the Pork Loin back on the board, and it sounds good ahead of the BB
The Loin can be a touch dark, but the BB brings it back.
Try the JohnK mod on the pork loin. I did it on mine and it makes it so much more amazing!
Sorry if it's been covered already somewhere in these 62 pages but has anyone tried running two BlowerBoxes together?
I run the BB as a set-mild, always on dirt pedal, but I'd like to have the BB sound for a heavier, thicker distortion too. Curious if two play nicely with each other.
Idiotbox needs to make a Double Blowerbox.
Yes but it's a little much. I'm going to try it again with this new combo but will probably find it to be overkill again.Sorry if it's been covered already somewhere in these 62 pages but has anyone tried running two BlowerBoxes together?

Yeah I dig the BB with the B7k. The difficult thing with the B7k/B3k is taming the crispy high frequencies that are so hard to dial out if you don't want them.
The BB will add a lot of crispiness to your sound, turn the attack switch off on the B3k (middle position) tont abuse on gain and or volume.
But by reading you may be rats are not your thing.
I usually use it with either a VT Bass or a Joyo American Drive as my pre-amp, and it works so well with both. It tends to get 'crispier' and has more treble with the Sansamp, but that's almost certainly the way I'm setting the pre. Still love this pedal.
