I will answer, but I need time.
I will try to comment on:
Animoog, iMini, Galileo, Sunrizer, NLog, Thor and Nanostudio
What I can say, Animoog is the synth I use most.
Both Animoog and iMini are great Moog emulators. The Animoog have a brilliant keyboard which is very expressive. Both iMini and Animoog have the great Moog sound and vibe.
Galileo is the best organ app out there followed by GarageBand which IS A MUST. Great synths and low price.
Take a listen to Rude Duke, we use lots of synths.

That's great to know, thanks for the heads up - I ended up ordering one as well as the the irighd as the Line 6 won't be here in Australia for another month or so. It means Ill be able too give both a go to see which one I like!
It's a very good app to have, makes it possible to share audio between apps when other ways don't work. Just a cool utility app.

I missed the contest, but I'm not sure I qualified for it anyways because while I used Multitrack DAW for our album, I also used a mixer and some rack compressors into my interface. Anyhow, let me know what you think of this one song. We still have to lay the leads and vox, so it's just everything else.

for those curious on the production aspects:
I used a Tascam 2 ch interface. I tracked all the drums live to one channel via a 6 channel Yamaha mixer and some outboard rack comps (kick, snare, toms, and also on the aux return, sending all the drum channels to it except the OH). I used a CAD 4 pack mic kit which I thought sounded pretty good, except there is NO top end on the kick mic. My only complaint is I could not track stereo drums, however the Multitrack reverb does make them sound larger.
Bass went down with a mic and direct on separate channels, both run through the Yamaha mixer. Some slight compression on the mic'd track via the plugin.
Guitars are tracked with two mics and mixed through the yamaha mixer to one channel. Lead track will be shot using the same mic/mixer setup.
Vox will go through a Presonus tube channel.
Haven't decided how I'm going to master. I can do it on Audacity, as their Levellar isn't a terrible plug in. I may also use the master fader compressor on Multitrack. Trying to do it the simplest way.

Wow, this has moved fast, little bit out of the loop (having got into some pedals again) but seeing this new line 6 interface has got my interest piqued.
How does it stand against the Irg HD and the Apogee interface?

Yesterday I layed an idea, I will continue working on this one. I wanted a bass solo track but I included a piano, I want to replace it with some synths and a solo.
I used Ampeg for the first bass and GK700 with chorus for the lead bass.

According to their Twitter, they are having server problems. It started last night. I'm assuming it'll be back soon.
I had some trouble with it earlier but finally got it to work. I want to talk about the clip from black mercy but want to listen with in-ears first .....but.... so far very interesting, surf metal.
