Double Bass Jazz Licks: Bass Clef Version

Most of the licks are not repeated thought some of them are. Initially there was treble clef edition of the same title: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] That was a collection of licks originally played on piano/brass/guitar. The idea behind bass clef version was to adapt licks to double bass/bass guitar range while keeping them as close to the source as possible.

Thanks for the information. Of the few pages I have looked at the licks are in a very good range for stringed bass instruments. I'm impressed with the amount of thought, effort and expertise that has gone into this project. I'm looking forward to acquiring loads of jazz language!

I received your book and i have to say the quantity of material is impressive: a lot of jazz vocabulary, most bebop oriented, that could make you busy for years. Great for sight reading too.
