I'm not seeing a video (browsing with Firefox). Does anyone have a link? Thanks!
I wish more men - especially guys his age - would be open to therapy. The world would be a much better place, I think.
I haven't followed any of it, but reading the comments and watching -- it's clear that he criticized Berklee and Steve and Victor's teaching approaches. The metronome joke makes me think that JB is not about metronome work. Some other comments seem to point out that maybe there are some things to critique about SB & VW.Page 4 and still no explanation of what this is all about
I know nothing of what is going on here but from his apology it sounds more like the problem is not in criticism but how it was delivered. I am a great fan of the right and value of the critic. Sounds like he went too far and maybe got a bit personal or mean-spirited.
What's he apologizing for? There's lots of things you could say about Berklee that could hurt people's feelings. Debatable whether or not it's polite to talk about but I'm sure people could benefit from hearing it.
I hope hillbillies will forgive him.
