I've been using a Jule Monique for 3 months now and am absolutely in love with what it does for me. I also recently ordered an M700, I don't need the kind of power the M2500 puts out, but apparently Jule knows folks that do. Many of the newer designed cabs by Greenboy, Audio Kinesis and MAP can take a great deal of power, because of this many of the early adopters of this are using pro audio power amps. A really great high end solution designed specifically for bass is a great thing for bass players and everything Jule makes turns to gold so I'm pretty certain it will be great.
There was a recent thread about SS/Class D amps and 'heft'. I'm pretty sure that all descriptions of Jule's power amps point to him building power stages that have that 'heft' and transient quickness and depth. I worked around most of that issue by going to the largest power amp I could no matter what the volume I needed and I think that this unit is the logical conclusion to that pathway. I upfront told Jule that 1400 RMS was probably enough for most any player and that a true 2500w amp would basically savage speaker cabs...but there are lots of guys out there who will successfully use this amp. I still think it should come with a warning. ; )
