Thanks, but the company clearly sent the message that they'll get mad if ANY strings are returned.
I've gotten the wrong set before (my fault) and I sent them an email and just swapped sets, easy as pie. And I got my new strings within three days.
I also got the wrong gauge string once (their fault) and they shipped me a new one free charge.
So no, I don't think that thats the case.
Guys, juststring is not taking a hit for 500 bucks. Not even 10 bucks actually. The typical retail rules is you buy at 60% of what you sell fo, right?. If juststrings had given him a couple of new strings, it would have cost them what,? and on the next order, they would have made how much?
Actually since juststrings sells wholesale their profit margin a lot lower. They make up for it by selling large quantities of strings to make some money. And I don't see why they should have to eat the cost of it when PJaye can't put two and two together and see that he's wrong.
