HOLY CRAP not 24 hours later after my first Lakland, I just ordered a DJ in black sparkleI was going to go with the Lake Placid but black is my favorite color for a bass so I couldn't help myself.

Yeah, it's a great looking (and sounding) cab. Honestly though, I have no problem with flashy colors (can you tell by my basses?).
Last time I checked, Leo had a pair of Decade fivers in stock (at a really nice price), just don't recall whether they were single coils or buckers....
Agreed. I don't know the last time I seriously thought about a non-Lakie, although I think about new Laklands daily (hourly, minutely?)......
In my original band I tune down a half step, so it's a B flat, and it's still awesome, I'm sure it could handle an A...
