Hey guys,
I have a 55-94 and I am looking to try some different strings on her. What are you guys using? I don't really want the zingy top end. I really prefer nickel string.
What are some suggestions?

That is nice! Someone needs to do a sound test between the DS's, Chis and Original Pups in the HB!
Was going back and forth between chi's and Nordies. Chi's would require re-routing, and I can't find a good luthier down here to do it. If I was in Chicago, it would be a no brainer.
You could send it there, and they could send it straight to Pat.

Thanks, Gus. I agree! Unfortunately, I don't know where to find an HB with Barts. Maybe there's one at Lakland somewhere.yeh - that WOULD be nice......
OK...Stock knobs are back on the Hollowbody.
I think I do like them the best. I did find some cool ones for the Decade though! I think they totally fit the style of the bass:

Good choice. Also, I like these Decade knobs better then the other ones that were on it

OK, let's unconfuse ya....
LPB DJ5 is staying
Trading DJ4 for BGPJ4
Selling BG4
so are ALL bassplayers (including me) Star Wars geeks too????

OMG!!! OK everyone...Help me track down a LPB 44-01 or 44-02!!![]()
Anything LPB that he doesn't already have: 4 or 5 string.
Aaron is no longer OCD about 3TB w/ black PG...
He's now OCD about LPB w/ BnB necks, matching headstocks and white pearl PGs.
