bamabass, question: What is the difference of the sound/feel on the two basses in the first pic, first and second from the left? I'm looking at purchasing a Custom 55-60, sunburst with a maple fretboard, and am wondering what the difference is between the two? Thanks . . .

This bass came to me last week, replacing my 44-01. The original owner had a tone knob installed for the passive mode. I doubt that I'll use that, but who knows? 
Which 2 exactly? Are you referring to the 3TB 55-94 and the Trans White 55-JJ, or the 55-JJ and the 3TB JO5CS?
That short scale is just awesome! I'd love to get one of those, I've been thinking of getting a shorty for a while now. Alas, funds just won't allow it
