Fingerings for fifths tuning are more challenging.

Tell me about it! Got an A-style mandolin for the xmas, gotta love the little woman. Talk about a challenge, not just the fingering for fifths, but also getting used to the teeny tiny neck compared to a bass. Too bad Lakland doesn't make an F-style mando, i'd be all over that - all black or course

actually the local pizza joint has a free delivery night tonight, and I found a 20 in my jacket I didn't think I had.. meheheheh.. a new usa lakland bass AND pizza.. it must be christmas again lol

I was a uni student for four years, and even though I had part time work, living like that was a routine lol The hillarious bit was when my folks tried to convince me I should sell my bass gear to supplement my income.. hahaha, they so crazy!

oh mannn, I'm already thinking of refinishing colours lol.. a brown burst would be cool, like f bass or ric's 'montezuma brown', or even a silverbust.. over that flame maple both of those would be sooo sweet.. lol.. arghh must not send for refinish straight away.. must get used to natural wood first.
