I am looking for a lakland with Fender's 4 inches pickup spacing... Suggestions???
What Fender has 4 inch spacing? 70s spacing is like 3.5ish.

Did you decide on your color options for your two refins?
I'm in discussions with Pat as we speak.
How long did it take to get your bass painted?
He told me 5~6 weeks.
I'm leaning towards the shell pink.
Well, he did mine over Christmas AND namm...quoted me at 5-6 but I think it took almost 8. Just bad timing with holidays and busy times. My shell pink is lighter than anticipated, he sent me a photo from Sadowsky of a shell pink he did and mine came out lighter. But I really dig it
I'll try to post pics of his example (he did the finish for Sadowsky) and of mine soon.
It's funny, but from everything you've said thus far, I would venture a guess that he IS NOT a Lakland player![]()

Haha, all I know is you have to be true to yourself. When I stopped feeling "metal", I quit playing metal. I love all the songs that my band currently plays, and 5-10 years ago, I would've said I'd never play country or pop. But, I can really appreciate all kinds of music now... mind is way more open.

Would guess more of a BC Rich warlock playerLOL

Olympic white for the HB, sonic blue matching headstock for the DS BGI may make a last second change...but I'm thinking this is IT. I have yet to talk to him to confirm.

"Bro, we've been jamming out hard for the gig next month, I'm so stoked to get back on stage and rock! Been working my slap thumb too hard though, gonna have to chill on that for a bit."
Love this thang!
