I've played 4 strings for about 11 years and was surprised how quickly I have adapted to it.

CMIIW but I just measure the width of the saddle on my 44-02 and it's 19.5mm, opposed to 19 mm on 55-02 that I own too, I could take a pic if you guys wanted, both my skyline are from 2010.
It's quite surprise me too...

Huh, all my 4's are ~19.8mm (.78"). The only one that I know of that has 19mm (.75") spacing is the DJ4.

I'm measuring mid to mid. And here's something else. Measured all the spacings on three different US basses recently as I thought that US Laklands were 19mm, but checked the site to see that they were listed as 20mm. So I measured each bass at the bridge across the saddles and all three measured: 20mm E-A, 18.5mm A-D and 19.5mm D-G.

I even checked to make sure that all the saddles were aligned and the measurements were still the same, they are consistently inconsistent.

Yup..it's 19.8mm, my bad..., it's surprise that it's not 19mm, my 44-02 were 19.8 center to center all across the string to string

Are the dimensions from the edge of each saddle to each notch the same? If so what about the saddle screw bore?
