If you scroll back a ways, you can see my 2x12+2x6.
It's all neo, realtively big, super light, and as good a one cab solution as my Epi 410UL, or Berg AE410; tho all three are pretty different flavors.

:hyper: I got my LDS 4x10 yesterday and got a chance to play it and start breaking it in. I think it sounds much better than the Eden and Markbass 4x10s I tried. I didn't weigh it, but it is light as we used 1/2 inch plywood. 1 speakon and 1 1/4" jack inputs.

Don was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process, and the cab from conception to arrival was only 3 1/2 weeks. I highly recommend having him create the cab you are looking for. Priced just slightly more than 1/2 as much as a Berg AE410, with custom tolex.

Wow! I am totally delighted to see this thread. I enjoy a modest 2x10 LDS cab w a Hartke HA4000 both purchased from the (former) Ferndale store.

I had no idea it closed (currently playing guitar so go figure).

I am going to get the new Hartke HE1000 and compliment it with what was going to be an Eden 1 x 15 for the rock-bar scene gigs. I am going to call Don and buy local.

Do I need a pic to get a LDS cab number for the 2 x 10?

My LDS 4x8/112 NEO cab showed up today. I have only played through it for about an hour, but it sounds like this thing is going to thump.

Dimensions: H:35in x W:20in x D:16
Weight: 68lbs

That looks great! Congrats. My GAS for an LDS cab w/silver grille cloth is awakening again...

ataunton: very cool! I'd love to hear that cab.

I weighed my 4x10 before practice today...it came in at 56.2 on our digital scale. It has regular Neo speakers, whatever is standard. I have no idea what the cab is tuned to.

It sounded great at practice w/ my shuttle 6. The other bass player (I play bass when he does keys) was amazed.

Cheers to Don! It's a nice to feel like you got a great deal and have something really worth having.
