Tell tou what. These fn linesmen at yhe faceoff are stupid. Something needs to be done. 15-20 seconds in the circle then split them and try again. Anther 10-15 then throw someone out.

Yeah, they do tend to make it more exciting than necessary. I kept thinking, okay, up 4-1 over Boston on the third....what can possibly go wrong...

Leafs only got 21 shots on net, Andersen faced 45 in that game. And the Leafs with 8 penalties. We should not have won that game, lol.

I agree on the linesmen thing. Maybe they're trying to get screen time. As far as the TB/NJ series,what?no remote? That's what commercials are for-that and beer runs.
They be trippin. Power tripping. Bettman needs to do something. I get the increased enforcement of slashes, etc. And the ref corps being tougher, but the circle diesnt need to be so picky.
They simply need to go in and wait until it looks good. Chastizing players is just power tripping. Who cares if the wings are tangling? Part of the GAME. Who cares if one foot is back of the hash? That’s his stance. As long as he isn't offside is all that should matter.

I guess they feel that besides calling "offsides" it's the only thing they have authority over. Or they're trying to get investment tips.
