Another Sean Hurley vid just went up!
Question: Which side is the input? The DI side or the power side?
Thank you!Input is on the right side (power outlets side). Output is on the DI (left) side, as well as the ground lift switch.
Try it in the effects return and bypass the pre of the Tec Amp. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.Pulled the trigger on a Noble and it just shipped out. Can't wait to get this on the gig later this month! I'll post results. Normally, my band uses in-ears, but this gig we're using the house PA, so we're skipping the IEMs for simplicity and pushing the on-stage support monitors (full tilt rock 'n roll!). Should be interesting. I'll be running my Sadowsky NYC P/J into the Noble DI (straight to the house) and into a Tecamp Puma 900/S212 rig for the stage, which already sounds fantastic as it is! If it can make the Tecamp rig sound even better, I'll be amazed! I love that little rig!![]()
I'll certainly give that a shot!Try it in the effects return and bypass the pre of the Tec Amp. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
A search in the classifieds brings up 3 of these having been sold second hand in the past. That is incredibly impressive considering how fickle TB is about gear.

What did I tell you. I love my TH500, but bypassing the pre with the Noble gave me the best stage tone I've ever had. Now add one of these and eliminate the Line 6, the Pitchblack, and the need to ever have a battery for your wireless. The hr. life on the internal rechargeable is ridiculous. The newest addition and easily the best component of my pedal board (top left, of course!). Replaces the preamp section of my TecAmp Puma 900, replaces the DI and sounds much better doing it, and replaces my Voodoo Labs Power Plus to power everything on the board! Incredible product. Will be driving this on the gig a week from this Saturday.

Yes, sir, you were right. I just spent an hour or so A/Bing the Tecamp Puma 900 vs. Noble through the Tecamp bypassing the pre. I used to love the Puma 900! And it still sounds great, but damn, there's no comparison with the Noble! It also looks funny with there being no cables in the front of the Puma. It looks like it's just sitting there to look pretty. Haha! What did I tell you. I love my TH500, but bypassing the pre with the Noble gave me the best stage tone I've ever had. Never seen that Shure before. I'm liking it! Would love to kill the pitchblack and swap it out for another toy. I'll read up on that. Very tempting...What did I tell you. sold! Ordering one now. Thank you for the tip, sir!I have one and love it. The tuner is quite accurate and from what I can tell, it has great range. As I said the battery charge life of the transmitter is spectacular. You can can charge it from the supplied adapter by A/C or USB. The pedal gives a very accurate reading of battery strength. Also, you can charge while on break and get a ton more playing time.
