That looks sharp, and is going to be functional as all get out. Blows my mind that you were able to fit a DI in there! Anticipation is definitely building
Is the DI in the OCS Mini transformer isolated? Even if not, that is a seriously impressive little box, and fits right in my budget...

No, it´s an active DI. It has 50V caps so it´s phantom safe.
Is there anyway or a mod to insure the Orig model doesnt get fried by inadvertent phantom power ?
I’m a little confused on the phantom power thing. I have I think it’s the 2nd rev OCSD. with the slightly reduced output maybe a year old. Probably less. Is that model dmamaged by phantom power or just older than that versions ?

Some updates on the OCSM!
I've got a sample of the final enclosure, i put the prototype in and it looks great!!!
The enclosures are ready, but the pcbs are still being manufactured. I expect to have them at my shop in 2 weeks and start assembly & testing asap.

Looking excellent! It's gonna be a really nice addition to my rack shelf pedal rig.
I’m not sure how/where I’ll be using the mini, but I love my (2) OCSDs. I’ll be interested to see where it fits in.
