Boring game tonight between Washington and Tampa. Of course after yesterday's fireworks.... Tampa winds up on top 4-2 leaving the window open for Buffalo.
I agree, that was a boring game tonight. I don't think Washington or Buffalo want to play the Rangers.

Bah! My prediction is whoever wins the 4-5 matchups, wins the Cup this year (Flyers!) Yeah, I'm bold and I'm proud of it!
I stand by my prediction that Rangers fold due to Lundqvist unable to keep playing at his current level. The guy is worn out. He won't hold up in a long series. Buffalo or Washington will come out of that one.

I agree. The winner of the Battle for Pennsylvania will win the SC.
Fleury runs the same risk as Lundqvist does. I think Fleury has even played more then Lundqvist. He hasn't been all that sharp for the last couple weeks. I can see the Pens flaming out in the first round unless the Philly goalies play worse than Fleury.
Speaking of burned out goalies. You see how many games Pekka Rinne has played? 71....yes....seventy one. If anyone, he is the guy who may be at the biggest risk. Hiller is tied with Rinne, but he isn't going to the playoffs.

I was chatting with HoS the other day about hockey. He is just starting to tune in (due to RL, etc) Said something about the Canucks pulling on their big boy pants and winning with or without Sedin.
