I can vouch for the fact that production is running fast. I ordered a 210 on the 15th and it showed up on the 31st. They told me that they had cut some extra cabs for stock and I kind of got lucky...so it may not be this fast for everyone but it was blazing fast.

Last night I took my SC and TB1000 out to do a last-minute sub for a local reggae band. Normally I would take a larger cab but I'm a little sick. I told the BL that I needed to run through the PA for some reinforcement.
Long story short, the SC was plenty loud without any PA help at all. The room was shaking so much I had to cut the amp down. This was a good-sized room with a very tall ceiling. I was amazed. I may never need another cab.

Played this room last night with my One10/MB200 rig. It was a corporate function at the new Coca-Cola Roxy beside the new Braves stadium. I don't know if it was the room or the PA, but man, the One10 sounded killer last night. The singer even commented on it after the show. We had to strike the stage quickly after our set because the client needed the stage for the awards presentation, and I was able to pick up the entire rig in one shot and carry it backstage.
This makes me want to get a One10 to go with my Super Compact, which I'll be receiving Monday!
Understood. I've been wanting to check out a Super Compact myself! We had PA and monitor support, but I really didn't have that much bass in the monitor. It's a fantastic cab that can definitely be used alone.
Yep, that combination of head and cab is 18 pounds and 18 inches of amazing.
For a room that size, do you put the One10 on something like a stand, a chair, a folding stool, etc. or just leave it on the floor?
I went with the Super Compact because it had a flat response and should be able to handle the Mesa Subway amp a little better at 400 watts. I would love to have a One10 as a second option, but I get the feeling I wouldn't actually need it. It sounds like the Super Compact will handle everything I am going to throw at it, whether it's lower volumes or higher.
Yeah I probably wouldn't use a SC and a One10 together. I've not used a SC (yet) but compared to the 112 cabs I do have, the One10 gives up and farts out in no time. Not knocking the One10, it's just two different design goals.
Yeah I wouldn't use them together either, just like the idea of having a One10 (or more likely a Two10) as a different cab to use instead of the Super Compact to give it a slightly different voicing.
I found a lot of great reviews online about the Mesa Subway and Super Compact pairing, so I ended up going with those.
The Mesa Subway is exactly one of the 112's I have here to compare! I'll need a full rundown and comparison once your SC arrives, as I have an idea what the differences will be...
I meant the Mesa Subway amp, the D800. I just got the amp locally, and the Super Compact is due to arrive on Monday. Lots of good reviews about these two together.
I would love to have a large stack with two cabs, but it isn't really practical for my playing situation, so it's going to be the Mesa amp into the Super Compact for the foreseeable future.
I'd certainly suggest giving the SC some break in time and getting familiar with how EQ adjustments translate. My initial SC impressions were less than wonderful, particularly when I lined it up against some AudioKinesis boxes. After getting some playing time in, and rethinking my EQ, it quickly became a cab I loved. It just wasn't a Cinderella fit, right away. It could be, in this case... but just in case...

This is the first time I've ever used a separate amp and cab set up, always played combos before, so I'm really excited about this new adventure!

I just left it on the floor with the port facing downward. It was surprisingly resonant on that stage.
Struggling to choose between a BB2 and the 210 here. I know the differences on paper but in a live setting, in a mix, I can't decide which will serve better. I tend to lean away from overly bright tone but like to hear the nuance of my playing. Without a high freq driver, how much articulation would I give away with the 210?
I went with Super Compact over the Two10 for the flat response. I like having the mids present as I feel it helps me in the band mix. I really don't know too much about this stuff, but I figured it would give me a more even starting point and I could boost anything I needed via the EQ.
