Yes, that is it's biggest weakness. Although, you can purchase a couple more Cores and you'll have three maxed out H9s. That way, you will be able to run three effects at once.

I have another one, love it. Crystals alone is worth the price. I've spent so much on having two units, I'll never sell this. If they release a new version I'll probably go into an hopeless hole of depression. hahaha

Some advice please, H9 users.

Currently own a Timeline, as I need a delay to save preset bpm delays for our songs so they sync to the click and backing tracks we run. It does however take up a fair bit of space for what is really a simple job.

Can the base model H9 (with just the delay algorithm) do the same job and allow me to have user presets with saved different bpms?

If so, seems a no brainer if I can then use it for that and more....

Yes, the H9 can do this.

All of the Timeline delay algorithms are available for the H9. Please note that if you use more than one algorithm - say the Digital Delay and the Vintage Delay - you would have to purchase each algo. The H9 can store up to 100 presets so you can have a Digital Delay algo programmed with different bpms on different presets.

Yes the H9 will definitely do this.

I'm not sure if it was a typo or not, but the H9 cannot run any Timeline sounds. It can run the Timefactor algorithms.

I picked up an OX switch for my Pictchfactor. Basically a 2 switch aux pedal with input for a separate 3rd switch (intended for tap tempo but could be assigned to any aux switch setting). Very low profile, adds less than an inch to the depth of the PF. Since I normally just use 2 aux switch settings, this works out well and saves enough room on my board that I am able to add my Wahoo to the mix.

The Wahoo expression pedal sends midi expression out :D so no need for a separate expression pedal. Problem is, it needs a USB/midi converter which I don't have :vomit: so I will have to make additional investment (will probably pick up the Disaster Area gHOST converter). Regardless of the expression pedal capability, the Wahoo and the Pitchfactor are a pretty fun combination.

The OX is a pretty cool device for those interested.

Hope that you are able to rejoin us soon dude. I've sold off my Timeline and BigSky, but I don't see the H9 going anywhere any time soon. If I did sell it, I'd have to replace it with a Pitchfactor and about 4 other pedals.

Perhaps they need to be registered through the H9 Control app or desktop program? It has been a while since I registered my unit.

I am liking this setup a lot. It is always fun to pack big boxes on a PT Jr. I can´t wait to get the midi expression out from the Wahoo to the PF, the PF is only half a pedal without expression (fortunately I can use an external pedal until I get the Wahoo working right).

While I am posting pics, here is another board with the H9 and a more direct midi theme. The Gecko and EV5 will likely get bumped when the SA Solemate and Reflex are released (though I will probably have to make some room somewhere as the Solemate looks to be larger than the Gecko). I had the PF on here for a while but I Maxed out the H9 which now covers the PF.

Yes, after doing some more research that is how I need to register the H9's. Of course when I did I got a message that the app can't connect to the eventide server..:rollno: gotta call support line today.
