The .0047 cap removes the low and low mid frequencies from the bridge pick up . When it's bypassed you get the full response from the pick up .

MF is moving their main distribution center from Oregon to California.
If I'm not mistaken, everyone in California is getting charged tax. It's part of that damn Amazon law thing....hell, to be honest, it's just a harbinger of things to come, before long all 50 states will require it. The ride was nice for a long time, but you knew that sooner or later Uncle Sam would catch on....
MFs main distribution center is in North Kansas City Missouri. Been there a couple of times when they used to have a store out front - which I hear is now gone....

Just ordered from Amazon - no tax. Must be that MF has moved some aspect of the company to CA. Or their partnership with GC now counts as GC has local stores and has always charged sales tax for online orders here.
The sales tax issue has nothing to do with Uncle Sam. This is strictly a state issue. Most states have a use tax law requiring that you pay sales tax for purchases outside the state, but most people don't follow it. If I have to pay a tax, I would rather pay it to the state where I am buying the item than the state I live in, but that's just my opinion.

Politicians out here are already lining up to get it over-thrown.
Bottom line - I think that it will be the wave of the future...shoot, we should all be glad that it hasn't happened before now

I still don't get why people are so frightened of sales taxes where they apply. The fact that we've been using the internet to bypass them for some time is going the way of the dinosaur soon, I'm sure. States need revenue; they supply a lot of the services and infrastructure we care about.

Did the 2010s have the chunkier neck, and the 2011s and 2012s have a relatively slimmer profile?

I believe the switch was part way through 2010. The 2010 that I played had the new neck profile.

Also, how many of you haggled to get a few percentage points discount when we Calif's have to pay almost 10% tax?
I think TB has a rule that threads have a limit of 1000 posts.
