Answers here:So I'll get down to business and jump right in with my first post here.
Let's pretend for a moment that we are only allowed to own one bass. No ifs, not buts, you can only own a single bass.
So what would your choice be and why?

Only change would be a Hagstrom Bi-sonic at the neck instead of the Guild DeArmond

Sorry, but a Freewheeler's "trunk" is a lot smaller than it looks. If you're clever? You might get 2 full face helmets - and a medium-large lady's purse, in there - without breaking something with the hinge mechanism. By itself, a Kala U-Bass would probably fit in there - but there wouldn't be room for anything else that's solid...But, but, it's a trike. You have all that cargo area in the back and, three words: acoustic bass guitar.
I always wanted one of those.Welcome @DeanGallberry you will find that there are as many choices as there are bass players, some with simple needs and others needing more. My one bass is my '82 Carvin LB50 Koa Stereo Bass 'Taz' as it has the tones, playability and sentimental value to make it my main squeeze. Heaven forbid that I must stop playing my other #2 basses.
