"In the mail" - can't wait to get this one out into the natural light for some photo's. Dark Charcoal Frost Metallic refin by Pat. The pups are old PAF DiMarzio's. The neck is not refinished as it has aged so nicely (according to me!).

The previous owner of this B-neck 1968 Precision had Pat refinish the body. Prior to the re-do, it was described by the owner as "a pawn shop wreck that someone had sloppily spray painted metalflake blue with a rattlecan".

I purchased it several years ago and was very happy with it aside from the fact that the body looked brand new while the neck, umm.....didn't. So, I contacted Pat about refinishing the neck, which he did as beautifully as he had done the body. This is what it looks like now.

Looks like it traveled through time unblemished to the present. :cool: That's some sweet rosewood!
