and definitely will be "one" of the best looking basses you've built, Bud. And I'm really excited about seeing that sick quilt with a dye job (oooohhhh BABY!).

However, "the" best looking bass that you've ever built was that satin black/pinstripe number you did a couple of months ago....OUTSTANDING!

my wife loves the pinstripe bass, too.

Five string. Yeah, that does look a little wide. I guess it's just the thickness of the maple stock I cut the outside pieces from. It's been narrowed since that pic was taken.

Nice one, for a moment I thought you where making one of those crazy 9,10, 11 or even 12 string ERB'S!

Looks like it's going to be a killer bass.

It's a "necessary" car...a used people-mover...as the family has recently grown (new baby girl...)

my wife drives it...she deserves decent transportation...

me, I drive a 1995 Hyundai Excel...true...maybe I could trade it for the bass...lol
