DIY body of Curly Walnut and Birdseye Maple with a Carvin neck. The pickups are NOS actives that I picked up off ebay that were originally made for the Gibson 20/20 bass.

Acoustic and a guitar. Walnut is gaining popularity among guitarists for back/side woods. It has a similar sound to maple, but less of an extreme EQ curve.

Body is made from a solid piece of walnut I bought in Seattle.
Bartolini P/J passive pups and a Warmoth fretless neck.
Going back to the builder for some final body shaping, new finish, electronics (V,V,T) output jack on the side, knobs and maybe a different bridge.
