Yours weren’t transferable, that changes the metrics a bit. You did have to deal with more counterfeits however.
When you don't really force people to register their products (relying on date codes on the product as your only gauge of whether to honor a warranty or not, and giving them a lot of grace on that, as it MIGHT have sat in your stock or a retailer for a while), a 2 year "regular" warranty is essentially a 3 (maybe 4) year transferable warranty.
And yes, when you get someone's counterfeit of your product in your repair center for warranty work (the warranty card (with your address) is the thing they copy the best), it's not a happy day for anyone.
I always though this setup was the badassery setup...

The sound you manage to achieve on bass is particularly powerful, how do you get this level of power?
I think my wattage is dangerous, I`ve got so much of it and the bass is souped up. The amps were originally experimental Hendrix amps that he originally used but I don`t know how I ended up getting them. Our guys have done some work on them and I`ve got a very powerful instrument, the pick-up itself is very powerful and my basic sound is always wide open on the amp. My amp`s always on 10, bass is completely off and treble is always full, conture`s completely full. All the dynamics are being done from my bass, so I`m playing what I`d guess you`d call completely distorted all the time, but it`s distorted with tone.

20 days later I've done a 180 on my thoughts of possibly getting the preamp. Aside from not really wanting to deal with finding the space for it when not being used I've also got too much money potentially tied up on repairs that I've been putting off for a while and want to start doing.
The closest I'll likely get to having that "Sunn sound" is from a Sunn Alpha Six powered mixer I recently purchased for $187 to give myself a little motivation to come out of my almost 4 month stint of not touching an instrument.
My rig in high school. = 200s. Took over payments from the bass player I replaced '72.
Came with a 118 CV folded reflex which I just hated. Just a bear to move. Bought a used 215 JBL bottom. Not much lighter, but way more maneuverable. Still have and LOVE this rig!!! Play it out once inna while. Works GREAT!!
Ditched this rig for Peavey stuff in the '80s like everyone at the time; Mark III into a Plush cab w/ two Altec 412BH 15"s. Made me a lot of money when playing out was still a viable way to actually earn a living = 5 to 6 days a week lounges, hotels, agency gigs.
Late '80s played through a Concert head at a rehearsal hall and was blown away how punchy and solid it was!! Went to a Seattle pawn shop the next day and bought one for $125 - had my pick of three! No one was using Sunn anymore.
Also around this time picked up a Sunn SPL 8028 12+18 EVs for $100 just for yuks. Too awkward and way heavy to play out much - pretty much stays in the practice room off the garage. Has a crossover option built in that splits the signal at 4Ω, or you can run into each speaker at 8Ω. Fun to take a Ric and run treble highs thru the 200s into the 12", and run the lows through the Concert into the 18.
Mostly use GK stuff now in the 2000's. GK 1001/210 combo + 410MBE cab, if need be. Just bought a Fusion 800/210 because of the ss/tube channel option and only weighs 35 lbs. TONE MONSTER! LOUD & CLEAR!!
Retired from urban life and steady gigging late '90s moving to the sticks (see zip code under avatar) BUT still fire up the Concert rig doing the casual gigs around here! Sounds GREAT!!! Was the backline bass amp in my friend's local bar for the last couple of years. Dependable, simple to use = plug in and play, indestructible.
Last week played an all day outdoor fest and offered the Concert rig as backline. My band opened from 11a-12noon. Festival went 'til 11pm. Everyone LOVED playing through it! Nothing but compliments both from players and soundguys.
It's amazing this amp company went out of business - just an unnecessary tradgedy. RIP Conrad Sundholm.

This is what I’m looking at and thinking… I can run my Ric 4003 thru this in stereo, maybe not stereo , but EQ each pickup. … one pickup per channel. What else does this thru a single head? Am I correct ? I’m not sure if it’s one or the other channel or blended.

Great. But, are they saying you can run both channels simultaneously from the A and B inputs. What does the footswitch look like (I assume there is one)?
I think a lot is going to hinge on if they get the speakers right. Yes the 200s was "only" 65 watts, but with the 200s/D140/quasi-horn cab it gets pretty darn loud. Loud enough for a rock band in a gym or good sized bar without PA support back in the old timey times.
These days I can make a 50 watt Bassman with a single D140 Tone-ring Showman cab work fine onstage if there are subs out front and a 15" wedge in front of me, and everyone onstage thinks it sounds GREAT. ...No one out front is complaining. It's a managed stage volume with a responsive tone that is my preference.
I have an original 1968 200s with the matching cab already, and I use it when appropriate, which is not much, because I also have a 1976 (or '77) Model T that I use if I think I'd need it. Right now it's paired with a GK 412 Neo, and does fine tone and volume-wise but I think I'd really get a charge out of pairing my Model T to a re-issue 2000s 2x15 cab, IF they get it right... but it's going to have to be capable of considerably more than the original 2000s cab could do with D140s to make proper use of a Model T: I also have a hunch the new Sunn management already knows that.

Yes, I had one, you can run both channels from the A and B inputs and have separate settings on each.
Or one input into the both input and still have different settings on each channel.
The foot switch on the original was a locking switch that had A, B, Both and little lights that showed what mode it was in.

the thing I question after another look is the frequency response.
The bottom end is listed at 65hz.
This more for guitar correct?
