Here is our 2014 flyer design. We mail these out to the churches or venues we are booked at, and let they fill in the blanks as they want.
Nicely done!

We don't make one for every gig but here is one from last summer. We try not to put pictures of the band in the poster as we are getting older and no exactly eye candy so we don't want to scare them away.

Don't usually hang around outside the pedal forums - occasionally basses and amps - but I'll chime in. Mine are all a few years old. I've actually gone back to design school since and would likely do them differently now, but haven't had a need to make any recently.
I've inserted one below (I see that someone else also used this Posada litho), and the rest can be found Invalid Link Removed.

I would just like to add. We always found that the best places to hang them to get better turn out are in the bathrooms of the bar/club venue about two weeks prior to the gig. Also, we always give the venue a large part of page space with large font and their logo big too if they have one. This seemed to appeal to the venue owner's ego and we found the bar owner would let us hang them pretty much anywhere we wanted to in his bar. That way it looked like we were promoting his bar as much as the band. Just sayin.
