I use a version of the Aurelex Gramma (mine's much smaller) and keep the cabs on my cart - if that is going to look crappy, I put the cabs on a function room chair - works well and I can hear my rig at ear level.

That’s why in the UK BEER crates have been de rigueur since the 1960s.
In my experience the best way to elevate one of my Acme B2 cabinets is to stick another B2, properly connected of course, underneath it!

One at each corner. Cheap. Black. Rubber absorbs vibrations. You can get a dozen for about 15 bucks and use them in a million different applications. They come in handy when a bar brawl breaks out.

I use an Action Packer container by Rubbermaid.
It holds all my cables, mic, mic stand, guitar stand, DI box and even a fan.
This container is waterproof. I can't tell you how important this is when I am playing a gig and it starts raining (I live in a resort area near the ocean. 95% of my gigs are outdoors).
I went to an upholstery shop and had them make me a fitted cover so that I could "dress up" the container. They charged me $40 including the material. The cover would probably look way nicer if I folded it nicely between uses or if I used a steamer to get the wrinkles out, but I'm not that kind of guy.
I should add that this container is indispensable for non-gig use as well. When my family goes on vacation (or if we evacuate our home due to hurricane threat), we pile this container full of food items or other supplies. Hey, fill it full of ice and beer if you want.
I highly recommend this solution.

When I want to get high, but not too high, I use this.

Go to any music store (online or brick and mortar) and look for “amp stand”. Very effective especially with some of today’s smaller bass cabs.
Stands that fold are light, and also take up very little space in your vehicle.
