Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

Hello! To put it in reverb-send mode, click the Control Input button so that no external controller is selected (all lights off, but MIDI still on if you are using the Hub is OK). Then press and hold the Control Input button until all 3 lights blink, then release. Now, when you select a controller (such as HH or EXP), you will be in Reverb Send mode. Let me know if this works, and keep in contact with me at [email protected] if I can help further!

Took forever for me to reply, but thanks, this worked. The key was that MIDI still on with the Hub was fine.

However - somewhere along the way I ran into a problem with the Hub no longer seeing the DR. Nothing else worked except a factory reset on the pedal. Again, all firmware is up to date. Not sure how this happened but could obviously be a huge problem at a gig. Anyone experienced this or know what I might have done wrong, so I can avoid it in the future?

OK, I done gone all SA crazy.
I now have an Orbital, a PEQ, a Manta, plus a Dimension on the way.

I know what you mean. i went SA crazy quite a while ago and i dig all of them. (Dimension Reverb, SA hub and Gecko One Control not pictured):

I wish more companies I have to deal with were like Source Audio. These guys really are gems. Epic, quality products at ridiculously wonderful prices, first rate customer service, customer involvement, eager for feedback and keeping a nice open dialogue between the maker and the end user. I wish you guys would open up a digital cinema camera company. Lotta pills in this industry I have to deal with :P

Every time I think I could get bored of an effect I kick on one of my now numerous SA pedals and give one of the dials a whirl and I'm somewhere else completely.

Any word on the soft box/ computer stomp box from NAMM last year? Heard a little about it then nothing. I like the concept of something like the iRig but would love to see an actual competent company take that idea on!

Thank you for the nice comments!! :hyper:

Flexbox is on hold. It is not clear that was the right approach. We have a new and hopefully better idea!

As the product manager at an innovative technology company, I gotta respect this sentiment. Get it right, get it right, get it right! It does no good to cross the finish line if you haven't got the baton in your hand.
