My Ventris was doing this exact same thing this weekend. Only dry coming thru, as I turned the mix knob more and more wet, no reverb came through, just slowly decreased the dry signal until nothing.Hi folks, for various reasons I’ve been away from my bass gear for awhile now and just yesterday was able to hook my rig up for the first time in at least 8 months. I had a neat biamp setup that I was using before the “hiatus”, but disconnected it to only run the Aftershock and my Octabre. When I went to engage the Aftershock the first time, the sound wouldn’t change no matter what knobs or switches I changed.
I tried hooking up the Neuro app to my iPad and couldn’t effect any changes there either. While it may only be 8 months since I used my rig, it may have been almost two years since I had really played with the Neuro ecosystem and have apparently forgotten everything I knew about how it works.
So, any idea why it’s not outputting anything other than the dry signal? Is there a way to factory reset one of these? I haven’t felt this dumb about gear since before I bought my first effect pedal.
Tried everything, eventually did the factory reset on the pedal (hardware style), and everything’s fine now. Probably some weird glitch on power up!
