There is a nice new ability to edit the presets in your library. Go to my library tab or my published tabs. There is now an edit button. Easy to change the name, description, and put in a video our audio link. Handy!!

Finally got done putting my board together. The pedal sounds great! It’s date night for me and the wife so I’ll have more time tomorrow to play with it.

I’m using a rickenbacker with a rick-o-sound box to split my effects to different pickups. Both chains end by feeding into the collider and from my collider to my ditto x4 and currently to the mixer.

Or I use my Yamaha attitude 3 to use the split pickup thing.

Either way I can create some insanely crazy sounds.

I salute you! Every time I have run a stereo rig I go absolutely NutZo ( in an Eric Johnson way) just too many possibilities to manage live. I am already bad enough.

Do we have a timeline for C4/hub complete compatibility? Know it was circled and bolded on the whiteboard teaser shot for the Collider!

Honesty, it’s the only thing holding me back. I just want to plug it in and go with all my other SA guys!

Working on it now. Beta testers should get it tomorrow. It was crashing today.

Quick question regarding assigning expression control on the C4. Is there a way to make the expression sweep a parameter in reverse (for example starting at 100% in the min position and going to 0% in the max position)?

Is it as simple as entering 100% in the min field and 0% in the max field? Couldn't tell if this was possible after a quick browse through the manual.

You are correct as long as you are using an expression pedal that has a TRS connection.

Dumb question - Neuro App on iPhone.
I see ways to search Community presets, burn or save them, and a full-featured editor...
But I don't see a way to list presets that I have on my C4.
What am I missing?

The app can't read your pedal. There is only one way communication TO the pedal.

Hmm... first "poor design" thought I've had since getting the pedal.
On a gig, forgetting which patch is where... (I'm old, don't hassle my memory lapses )
I can:
1. Take a screenshot of my patches from the Neuro Desktop and send it to my phone;
2. Take a screenshot of my patches from the Neuro Desktop and print it out;
3. Bring my laptop to the gig for reference (adding more easily nabbed expensive equipment)
4. Thrash around until I find the right setting;
5. Hire a memoroadie to remember stuff for me.

Only #1 is really a reasonable workaround, and it still requires a "snapshot and send to phone" any time I add or change settings.

Your other option (and i don't know that you can organize the Library this way) would be to have your chosen whatever labeled by number and name in the library, then you could review quickly and hit the number.

Or hire a memoroadie.

Just looked. Totally do-able. Save all your presets by number/name: 1. KesslariKickassFilter
Etc...then sort alpha.

Perhaps but decisions have to be made and to develop an app that would work both ways would be way to expensive for a small company limited production like Source Audio to bear. SA preferred to put the money into giving us quality sounds and a stellar computer interface and an online community.

Seems a CheatSheet might be in order, old man!

It's kind of like speed dial on phones... I know which patches I have, but can't remember where they are in the pedal because I normally use the HXFX to get to them.

My cheat sheet looks like a setlist and panicked one of the vocalists in my main band... "Are we singing those? When did we add that song? Those aren't our songs are they?!" lol

I have my patches on my ES-5 Named, then in banks. So I know the most frequently played 4 songs are in the first bank (5th patch is always clean). Then the additional banks are also songs as needed, after that rando stuff I can opt for or not.

I wrote out my patches on a piece of paper. Now that I have the MC6 I just make sure I've programmed everything with the correct label.

Well, I knew I shouldn’t have watched that new P&E demo of the collider. I wasn’t a gaga for the collider. Then I watched that demo. Effin A. Now I must get one. Damn you SA!!! Damn you for continually releasing awesome, fun stuff. Like, I really really want one. Gotta wait for my funds to replenish a bit first one day though. It’ll be on my board.
