It was a custom design for Spector Artist Quintin Berry who plays with a unique holding style.

Not sure of the exact color name.

It has a 18V OBP2.

you can order any USA model in lefty for no extra charge, IIRC

Is it possible to add a trim pot to an old-style Tonepump preamp?
I replaced my old one with a trim pot model and now I would like to get some use out of the old one.

IIRC USA Spector's are not available in left handed models.

It's listed on the euros as 10% upcharge.... If you custom ordered one I'm sure you could get a lefty. It doesn't seem right that you wouldn't be able to get one

Spector does not make a USA left handed bass. This is why Robbie from Godsmack plays a lefty Euro.

It depends if it's an actual Euro 4LX or a CRFM (commonly mistaken for a Euro). All Euros have zinc-alloy bridges while CRFMs have brass (both are/were made in the Czech, but the CRFMs are older). An easy way to tell is to see if it's shiny and says Spector, otherwise, it's the matte brass one.

That is how I am confused. The Spector site says zinc/brass.
Is it brass plated zinc? Are the saddles brass, the body of the bridge zinc?

I've suggested to PJ Rubal that the new color be called "Steelburst" for when you see it in person, it has a sort of steel/metal look.

The knobs are actually the same route location for the no longer offered Spector Piezo Bridge Option.

So the route in the back is the same as the standard NS-4. This one is wired:

Stacked pots closest to pups: volume/volume.
Stacked pots farthest from pups: bass/treble.

I played this bass next to my Water Cured Redwood NS-4 and the sound of the OBP-2 @ 18v starts sounding a lot like the USA 18v circuit. Quintin's bass sounds really great. And I love the new color.

Since everything in Woodstock is still done by hand and pin routed, Stuart would have to totally reverse the build process, switching right for left. Which means a complete new set of route templates created.

There's a lot of trial and error in developing these and because the demand for lefty USA basses is so low, perhaps one or two requests a year, it's not cost effective to take Stuart off building the basses he already has spent years tweaking and perfecting the routing templates for to basically create the NS-Bass in reverse.
