Yeah I've found that to be true between the 34" & 35" scales...a clearer B tone on the 35". :bassist:

His description is off.
That's a 2002 Euro4, not Euro LX.

I'm a little surprised that it has the full brass, matte bridge
as I was under the impression they went to the polished "alloy" bridge shortly after mine (NB0508. The ebay bass is NB1548. A full 1040 basses later than mine. :hmm:).

That's a good sign. Thanks. I'd like to use this cab for my small pickup gigs. I'll use it with my RH450. I say small but sometimes they can rock and I'll be onstage with a Marshall half stack so I need to be able to keep up with no PA support.

Not a problem, Chris. It was good to meet you too, albeit briefly. Sorry that I had to run off; wanted to get ahead of that rush hour traffic. I took concalls all the way home. It was just like I was at work! That is one sweet Rebop, for sure! :bassist:

Aaaaaaaaaaaand my NS-4 is on it's way back to Woodstock. The tech at Atlanta Bass Gallery didn't feel comfortable filing on "such a nice bass", so it's going back to Spector to have the fret fixed / replaced.
This entire experience has been nothing but exasperating.

I like both bolt-on and Neck-thru...I've had 5 bolt-ons and 7 neck-thru Spectors. They both have their own purpose and distinct tones. The plus for bolt-ons is they're lighter. Also you can change out the necks if the occasion arises. Some will say neck-thru basses have smoother tones and more note sustain...my Coda 5XL has very smooth tones and sustain for days. :bassist::cool: I used to be a Pro neck-thru bass player...until I got my Coda.:) Sorry about being a fence straddler. :rolleyes::D ( We're going to burn thru some pages with this discussion :D)

Wowzers...I've never ever seen this before on a new build. :ninja: I'm sure Spector will make it more than good with ya. :) They're great guys. :smug:

This would be a common job for most tech's wouldn't you think? Flatten the neck, run a leveling file over the frets, recrown and polish.
