Can you guys help me find what model my bass is, the guy said it was a legend classic but I think it is a performer dlx? It has a passive EQ which is why I'm leading towards the performer.... Thanks in advance and if certain pics may help I can get them loaded up here

From looking at the photos you posted a few pages back. It is a Performer DLX.

How long has the BTS been around? My Spector has an EMG pre and i'm not sure which it is.

Is it Volume-Volume with a seperate bass and treble control? Then it is most likely a BTS control.
Invalid Link Removed

If it is Volume-PU Blend with a seperate bass and treble control? Then it is most likely a BTS system.
Invalid Link Removed

Same Bass and Treble controls just the Pickup selection is different.

(I think I got this right with the EMG stuff, if not someone please correct me.) :)

Wow Lima, you are the man.

It's got a blend pot rather than a volume/volume.

Thought I'd post a pic of the legend in this newest iteration of the forum (a bit late I know, but better late than never :) )

Also, im thinking of putting in a BTS system in the future. I prefer a vol/blend to a vol/vol set up, and the emgs in my modulus sound good, so I'm gonna give it a shot.

Been treating me just fine, it has been on the bench for the last couple of weeks though, I have a few finishing touches to complete and will post pics ASAP.

In Hawaii now... Been playing my first Spector (Red Q5) which resides at my parents home. I must say.... I could not be happier with how it plays and the huge range of tone this thing has..

pics later

Cool! Not much said of the Q5 other than JPS telling us about his former Q4. Can't wait to see pics! How about a sound clip?:D :bassist:
