that looks great! I'm a big fan of the bts preamp in a SPECTOR.

how do you like those d'addario chromes on that bass? id be interested to hear a recording. ive never heard flats on a SPECTOR.

Can you guys help me find what model my bass is, the guy said it was a legend classic but I think it is a performer dlx? It has a passive EQ which is why I'm leading towards the performer.... Thanks in advance and if certain pics may help I can get them loaded up here

Very cool! I'm doing the same thing. But how'd you get a Euro bridge in there, I was told the Legend bridge was the only one that would fit? Maybe you can help me with the wiring...

Is it Volume-Volume with a seperate bass and treble control? Then it is most likely a BTS control.

Same Bass and Treble controls just the Pickup selection is different.

(I think I got this right with the EMG stuff, if not someone please correct me.)

It's got a blend pot rather than a volume/volume.

My NS-2J was made in 2000 and it was never sold to an individual until I bought it. So, assuming it came stock... the BTS was on the market by 2000.

Thought I'd post a pic of the legend in this newest iteration of the forum (a bit late I know, but better late than never )

Also, im thinking of putting in a BTS system in the future. I prefer a vol/blend to a vol/vol set up, and the emgs in my modulus sound good, so I'm gonna give it a shot.

In Hawaii now... Been playing my first Spector (Red Q5) which resides at my parents home. I must say.... I could not be happier with how it plays and the huge range of tone this thing has..
