fender doesn't know their stuff either. one of my classic vibes had some tuner screws missing and couldn't find any info online so i asked support what size and they politely sent me some free replacements instead of answering my question, only they were the completely wrong size. i talked to support more times and they sent me 2 more sets of screws over the next few weeks.. all 3 sets wrong size/for different guitar models. then eventually they said they don't have screws for my model... current in production model. i asked my original question of what size they were again so i could pick up my own and they couldn't even tell me the size. anything overseas seems more use what you have rather than build to spec since fender doesn't know their own specHow the heck are you supposed to know this stuff? I have one on the way, cv 70s p, googled to prep, went to fenders page on it, checked specs, can't find where it's listed. Am i dumb/blind or is it just not listed anywhere?
obviously tuner screws aren't a big deal, i just found it interesting that multiple contacts with various support staff and none of them were able to tell me the size or get me matching replacements
then there's the whole humbucker gate with the g2220
