Replaced the huge ugly piece of plastic (aka pickguard) with something more pleasing to the eye that also hides less of the lovely woodgrain.

Werd...other than the Classics and USA SUBs, all the StingRay 5 basses have a switch . He was asking about its specific mounting position, which I believe changed from slanted downward to parallel with the strings in 2007.

Edit: this is specific to the H models. The HH models were always mounted parallel to the strings.

The Ceramic <=> AlNiCo switch must have been the same period? Could be a nice reference to determine the
pick-up material.
Can someone acknowledge this? Built after 1991, slanted toggle switch = Ceramic?

It was very beautiful but I rarely played it and it made sense to sell it, I suppose.
