There is absolutely nothing worse then car troubles. Hope everything gets better.

A friend helped me move my cab into the rehearsal space Catapult shares with three other bands. No more using the other band's ****** 410HLF (it was nice of them to let me use it... but man, I ****ing hate that thing... I vastly preferred the crate 215 they had before).

The other bands are going to be so pissed when they see that giant 2000S cab taking up space. Can't wait to hear the complaints.

Lee is buying a [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] guitar amp later today I believe. The demo vids on YouTube sound sweet, so I'm hoping it works out. Does the group think $600 for a used Hovercraft with KT88s is a decent deal? I wouldnt know personally, but apparently he was able to talk the guy down to that for the head.

Nice to be in a band where people are willing to contribute to the cause... drummer put together a 2nd drumkit for the practice room and my guitarist keeps buying tube amps and vocal gear. My Hartke is in the shop, hoping they can identify the problem and fix that thing. If all goes swimmingly, my guitarst and I will each have 2 full rigs at our disposal... the only logical step at that point is to run dual bi-amp setups..... Right? :bassist:

Made it work, alternator is completely fried, was able to drive the car to the shop under battery power, good thing I got the new battery last week.

I have a phone interview/survey coming up this morning, one of our vendors wants to pump me for information. That should be interesting.

This sounds like a fun story!

Talking to a guy from Craigslist about an 80's Peavey Butcher head. We're at the stage of nitpicking over $10. 50/50 chance the deal happens, since I don't really care and would get as much enjoyment from berating him via text message as actually buying the amp.

Everyone around me has been getting sick the last couple weeks. I thought I had lucked out and avoided it, but it hit me like a truck this weekend. Still managed to get some more vocals recorded for CM and prime the fake shutters I made for the front of the house, before I pooped out for the weekend. Still at work today though, blegh.

Someone suggest me some tunes to keep me from melting into a puddle at my desk.
