I'm super envious of your stack for real. I already told the lady friend that I care not of the debt, if I find another 2000s I am buying.
Yeah, it's all stock. It has a bone nut though and I've heard that stock was brass, but I don't see that often. If that's true I may get a brass nut made.
And thanks dudes, I love good rock out nights. Here is another little shot, my favorite of me.
Tried a friends Gibson Flying V last night, I prefer my SG neck but we both AB'd for like 30 min each. That said the Flying V was only really a little thicker front to back, and it was a matte finish vs my glossy finish.
so far the SG seems to have the most strat like neck. It's weird because I hated my first strat after playing a tele.
Kinda makes me wonder in the way off future if I should unbolt my SG neck and send it off to get copied and and a new SG made for tele guts and bridge.

Friend called from a pawn shop and haggled for me $25 behringer RV600. This is the best reverb I've got my hands on yet.
Clone of the line 6 verbzilla. There's a setting called space (I think) that's crazy weird/awesome.

Does anyone here own a Devi Ever Ruiner? Does it actually serve any purpose other than giving me a giggly feeling I get when I hear people's demos on youtube? I've been putting off one for a long time now, mostly because I don't think sounds like it's really all that useful but my God I love the sound it makes.
I don't own an actual fuzz pedal, and I feel like I should buy a useful, well rounded, one before I buy a Ruiner, just looking for some insight.

Normal squier level craigslist is weird. Try talking to someone about their "investment" like a fender amp is downright insane. One Ex:
It's a late 60's fender pro reverb no price listed, maybe it's crazy cheap. I asked and sure enough $2300, or $1800 without speakers (not cheap).
He then goes on to explain hours of time have gone into the amp. At $500 of work valued at $1000??? So I asked what could possibly have occurred to warrant 50% of the amps cost in service and 10 hours labor. He says it got meticulously serviced by a family friend... Then told me the speakers in it and they retail for under $350 combined! So this guy has like $1000 in bullshnart tacked onto this amp.
Which means as I told him
A. He's trying to rip me off
B. He got ripped off
C. The amp was mortally wounded at some point
D. All of the above
He keeps messaging me about not appreciating tone or how I'm clueless and don't understand the fine art of amp tech.

I left it by telling him I hope he's just lying to me. I'd hate to think his "friend" offered him the awesome deal of $500 for the work, and the privledge of keeping all the valuable NOS components, tubes and speakers... The only other reason you rebuild an amp completely is because you found it gutted in a dumpster.
People do stupid poopie for no good reason sometimes. Did you see the thread about the Sunn 200S that was "converted" to solid state? No amount of logic could ever account for that hatchet job...

My friend wants to put his half stack into a church podium he has and gig it. Yea a solid wood podium, with a 3150 head and four 12's in it would be a cinch to move.
